I don’t know about you, but for me, some mornings are harder than others to decide what I want to wear. I’m still on a shopping ban with the 30 Day Closet Remix Challenge, so it was inevitable that I would have that dreaded “I have nothing to wear” moment. I’ve worn all my favorites by now, so I decided to pull out the pieces I hadn’t worn in a long time to see what I could make with them. After laying out a handful of tops and bottoms on my bed, these three stood out, and a color blocked outfit was born!

This gorgeous necklace retails for $198 (yes, I’m choking too), but thanks to my Rocksbox membership, it was mine to wear for a month for just $17.

Isn’t the front of this house amazing? I was visiting a friend to meet his new Blue Great Dane puppy and had to take these shots in his front yard. The next time I visit, I hope I can get the pup to stay still long enough so I can take a picture with him!
