Happy Wednesday, everyone! I’m back with another Banana Republic look.

BR recently debuted their fall collection, and it does not disappoint (hence this post’s punny title)! The pieces are great for work and can easily be dressed up or down, depending on how you pair everything together. To show you what I mean, I grouped this feminine, ruffle tank top with some white jeans and classic pumps. This look by itself is perfect for the office! But to take it down a notch and make it a little more casual for, say, happy hour after work, I threw on a denim jacket. It instantly transforms the outfit and gives it a more cool vibe.

I know I’ve said it before—and probably every time I’ve featured any of their shoes—but seriously, their footwear is PERFECTION. Every time they drop new styles, I have to fight every urge to buy all the things. Every pair is padded with memory foam, which is why I love them so much.
