Despite the warmer temperatures lately, I raided my sweater collection. I was getting impatient for official sweater season to start, so I decided to style one of my favorite pieces in a transitional way, since it’s not quite summer and not quite fall, either.

Pairing a loose sweater with a fun, flared skirt is always a sure-fire look for these in-between season weather days.

This has to be one of my favorite skirts, because (1) I got in on sale — yay! — and (2) it mixes several different colors and patterns together. The print combination makes it easy to style the skirt in different ways for both day and night, and across spring, summer and autumn months.
