With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, I couldn’t think of a better time to post a date night outfit idea. I love this different take on the little black dress because the dotted line patterns keep it fun without compromising elegance. The wool fabric is also really warm and comfortable, perfect for cool winter and spring weather.
The cut of this dress is really flattering, especially on petite figures. The vertical lines around the torso and the flare of the skirt does a great job of adding the illusion of more curves. It also hides food babies, should that become an issue after a meal. (My BFF Nicole always finds it funny that I talk about food babies so often, but c’mon, it’s a real thing that should be taken into consideration!)
I love this consignment store find! The bag is label-less, so I don’t know who it’s by, but I just adore the gold clasp. It’s a beautiful tiger’s head and I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s not officially vintage, but it’s definitely older… If anyone recognizes the style, will you please let me know? I would appreciate any help playing detective!
These Chanel booties were also a consignment store find, can you believe it? I couldn’t believe my luck when I saw them on the shelf a couple years ago. I was sure they were fake but quick internet searches confirmed it was the real deal — and for under $100!
Okay guys, have a fun weekend! And as always, thanks for reading!
