Comfortably Chic

Happy Veterans Day! Hope everyone has today off and is enjoying the holiday!

I had some good friends visit over the weekend, and we spent most of our time stuffing our faces with delicious meals. In times like this, it’s important to pick the right pieces from your wardrobe that will allow for maximum food consumption, because who says you can’t have your cake and eat it, too?

Even on days when I’m not planning on eating a lot, I love pairing a long, loose top with leggings to stay comfortable. Polish it off with a pair of sleek knee-high boots and you will have a look that is effortlessly chic!

Pro-tip for petites: Wearing a long, vertical-shaped necklace will draw the eye downwards and will give the illusion of added height.
