Can you believe it’s already November? Please tell me I’m not the only one wondering where this whole year has gone.

Work has been crazy busy lately, so my cousin and I recently took a quick weekend getaway up to South Lake Tahoe. We spent one of our afternoons hiking up to Angora Lakes. The hike itself was quite steep (a 1,200 ft. vertical climb in about 3 miles), but once we made it to the lakes, the view was so worth it. It was incredibly refreshing to get away from technology and the hustle and bustle of San Francisco! All we could hear was the sound of wind and rustling leaves, and it was amazing.

The leather jacket I wore to wander around the day after the hike is one of my absolute fall favorites. As you’ll come to see, I love leather, and this oxblood moto jacket was the perfect way to top off my layered outfit. The seaming and zipper details were both slimming and flattering, and the buttery soft leather had me petting my own sleeve without realizing!
