Man oh man, sorry for disappearing on you guys! Work has been busy, then I had a jam-packed weekend with family events, and with the time I had to spare, I started assembling my shoe closet. Unfortunately, I couldn’t complete my project because one of the doors I purchased was damaged, but, fingers crossed, I’m going to rectify that this weekend.
Anyway, before my family’s Chinese New Year dinner last Saturday, we were driving around Sacramento exploring a pretty neighborhood we stumbled upon. This one house caught my eye and so I hopped out of the car so my dad could snap a few photos. Apparently, this house also caught the attention of many bugs because both he and I were were eaten alive after just a few minutes! (Anyone have any good bug bite medicine recommendations? >_<)
This outfit is another Closet Remix ensemble. I’ve had this lace tank for years, and I love how sweet and flirty it is. I paired it with this twisted jersey skirt because it was perfect for eating a big meal in — it hid everything!
I originally borrowed this belt from my mom, but because I loved it so much, she let me keep it, aww! Expect to see me wearing it a lot in the future because it’s so unique with a cool fish scale-like texture. It’s also completely stretchy, so I can wear it as a regular belt with jeans or on my waist, as seen here! Why don’t they make more belts like this nowadays?
Hope everyone has a great rest of the week!
