Confession time: I have a pretty unhealthy obsession with sweaters. There is something about them that is so cozy and comforting, and if the weather would allow for it, I would probably wear one every day of the week.
When I saw this particular sweater on the sale rack at Nordstrom, I was immediately smitten. It was quite a bit more than I ever normally spend, but this top was special. The asymmetrical hemlines on the front and sleeves were so fascinating to me, and after much debate, I decided it was worth the splurge if it meant cutting back on other purchases for a while. (Some sacrifices are worth making!)
I have no regrets with my purchase. I see this sweater lasting me years, and I love that it is lightweight enough for a breezy, San Francisco summer day and can easily transition into a cooler, autumn night.
I am such a fan of these drawstring-waisted floral shorts. Another of my fashion obsessions is with the colors black, white and grey, so when I saw these shorts it was love at first sight.
If you like these shorts, please stay tuned! I have some exciting news coming in the next week that I can’t wait to share with you all. 🙂

I love the way you think. Thanks so much! <3
June 20, 2014 at 9:35 am[…] I was immediately drawn to this flowy top because of the unique pleating detail and the longer, asymmetric cut. (Clearly, I love asymmetry!) […]
