I’m a lover of dark colors. Black goes with everything and it’s what I gravitate most to, so on a day like today, Valentine’s Day, the best I can do is give it a nod with my heart scarf. It works though, because my black and white outfit needed a pop of color!

I love how clever the print is of this scarf. It looks like a leopard pattern at first, but upon closer inspection you can see they’re actually hearts!

There are so many things to love about this raincoat. It’s incredibly flattering with the perfectly-placed seaming details on the back, and the faux leather accents and gold hardware adds that chic touch that makes will make you want to wear it even when it’s not raining.

I finally redeemed a hostess perk from the Stella & Dot trunk show I hosted a few months ago and got this cross body for half-off. It’s a great, functional bag that’s waterproof, and therefore rainproof. You can zip up the sides if you want a compact bag, or unzip it to get more depth.

You can also remove the straps to make it a clutch! Who doesn’t love versatility?

Just as I was wrapping up this photo set, it started raining. Good thing I came prepared with my umbrella!
